  11. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  12. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  13. agreement signed by Mobile Generation Software, your use of this
  14. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  15. warranty.

  19. MobileDB Lite is freeware and may be used for free by any PalmOS 
  20. user for personal use.

  22. One registered copy of MobileDB may only be used 
  23. by a single person on one Palm Computing(R) Platform device.  
  24. Since the registration code is derived from the PalmOS user name, 
  25. a new registration code is required for each Palm Computing Platform 
  26. device.

  30. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  31. Colorado.

  33. Disclaimer of Warranty

  35. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  36. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  37. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  38. various hardware and software environments into which MobileDB
  39. or MobileDB Lite may be utilized, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR 
  40. A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  43. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  44. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY

  53. MobileDB Lite is freeware and may be used for free by any PalmOS 
  54. user for personal use.

  56. MobileDB is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  57. hereby licensed to use the MobileDB software for evaluation purposes for
  58. 30 days only.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation 
  59. period a registration fee of $14.95 is required.  Registration is 
  60. avaiable through PalmPilotGear HQ at www.pilotgear.com.  When payment 
  61. is received you  will be sent a registration code which should be 
  62. entered into the MobileDB registration form.

  64. Unregistered use of MobileDB after the 30-day evaluation period is 
  65. in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  68. Distribution

  70. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the MobileDB Lite freeware
  71. applications and the MobileDB trial version, and documentation as you 
  72. wish; give exact copies of the original versions to anyone.  You may  
  73. distribute the evaluation version of MobileDB and freeware version of
  74. MobileDB Lite and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic 
  75. means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  78. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  79. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  80. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
